Hello, I hope you are having an excellent day, first of all, I want to thank you for this opportunity and congratulate myself for encouraging me to do this YOR Best Body challenge because it means a new adventure in my life. I decided to do this because I already needed to make some changes in myself, physically and mentally. Since I started taking the YOR Digest Ultra I felt that I lost some inflammation. I have two children plus working hours and the demand for their attention made me a bit sedentary to the point of not wanting to do anything in my free time. Once I felt better with the YOR Digest Ultra, I started taking the YOR SuperGreens with a packet of YOR Berry Blast as the first meal of the day. Whenever I get a chance I go running to the beach and after that I have the YOR Shake (I add fruit and egg whites). I try to go to the gym at least 2 times a week too.
