I feel very happy with the benefits that taking all the YOR Health supplementation gives me, in this challenge I decided to try the YOR SuperGreens, honestly I didn't like the taste very much and I refused to take it, but in these 2 months it has been the first food I eat every day. With that I break my fast and I have felt more energetic. Additionally, I take the YOR Probiotics Ultra on an empty stomach, at night before going to sleep my YOR Repair Ultra and the YOR Shake as a snack when I get hungry between meals and with that I avoid buying unhealthy food on the street to kill hunger.
