Hello. I'm David, a guy who has always wanted to improve his physique, but it has cost him a lot of work due to time, depression, economy, etc.

When COVID19 arrived, my family went through serious economic and health situations, and it was there that I neglected myself like never before. I gained weight and it was very difficult for me to return to a healthy life; as depression and anxiety made me eat a lot and sometimes I didn't feel like exercising.

Thanks to the existence of this challenge and motivating myself by seeing mutual friends win prizes, I decided to try it again and today I am very happy because I have returned to exercise, even 3 times a week and my life is starting to make sense again. I feel very happy that the YOR Best Body exists, which has given me the inspiration to return to the fit life.
