My name is Zac, I am a mother of two children, one and four years old. More than 10 years ago I stopped exercising and the challenge motivated me to start walking and on the other hand to take care of my health. I feel happy because my levels are adequate, I have more energy and I don't have to starve myself. My routine is to wake up with a glass of water, YOR Probiotics Ultra and a YOR AMP and go for a walk. At my morning meetings I have tea and at 12pm I have YOR SuperGreens with YOR Fiber Plus and YOR Berry Blast. At lunchtime I have another YOR AMP and YOR Digest Ultra and I eat normal.
