I decided to sign up for the YOR Best Body challenge, which changed my life, because not only have I managed to improve my health, I have also achieved an emotional change in my life; I have more energy during the day and I don't get those emotional lows anymore. What I am doing is a little exercise in the morning and taking the YOR Health products: in the morning I have my YOR Shake, YOR Berry Blast and YOR AMP. Then at lunch I have my YOR SuperGreens and YOR Fiber Plus.
