I am happy to finish this challenge with great results for my health and physical changes that make me very satisfied.
Waking up I start my day with YOR Probiotics Ultra.
I break my fast with YOR SuperGreens and half an hour later chocolate YOR Shake with YOR Fiber Plus and 1 YOR Amp.
With the two meals I have a day after the YOR Shake, I start with YOR Digest Ultra in the first bite and two YOR Essential Vitamins at the end.
Before bed 2 YOR Repair Ultra.
I worked out 4 times a week taking YOR Berry Blast during training.
