Hooooowdy from Texas., I'm so excited that I finished another YOR Best Body Challenge. I didn't reach my weight loss goal but I'm super excited that as of today I have lost a total of 125 lb. I give thanks to YOR Health for making this possible because without the supplements this would have not been possible. I have been overweight all my life, never liked how my body looked. I thought I had a body of a penguin, no neck, no legs, and no arms just a fat body. This is how I saw myself; this weight loss transformation has helped me in many ways: My self-esteem has improved not only has it changed my life from the inside out, but I also no longer have to hide from wearing baggy clothes to wearing coats in the summer just to hide all this weight I was carrying around. I don't hide my body no more; I love dressing up and love to show my new me. How did I do this, was very simple just followed my supplements regimen:

Morning: When I get up I take 1 capsule of YOR REPAIR ULTRA and 1 YOR PROBIOTIC ULTRA with 8 oz water.


MORNING SNACK: fruits, nuts. LUNCH: SALADS, cup fruit, 3 YOR DIGEST ULTRA and 2 YOR ESSENTIAL VITAMINS with 8 oz water.

Afternoon Snacks: bowl of blackberries, or oranges. or nuts with 8oz of YOR SUPERGREENS.

Supper: I eat whatever I'm craving in moderation with 8oz water and 3 YOR DIGEST ULTRA AND 2 YOR ESSENTIAL VITAMINS.

EVENING SNACKS: 8z of orange juice with 2 scoops of YOR FIBER PLUS,
