Hello dear YOR Health community. I am very happy because I continue to make very good progress at 51 years of age. In this challenge I see more and more my results both in health and in my physical appearance. YOR Best Body is the lifestyle I want to follow.
For this challenge, what I did was take a YOR Probiotics Ultra capsule every day when I woke up along with a YOR Repair Ultra. I went for a 40-minute walk at least 4 times a week.
At noon, he would break his fast with YOR SuperGreens and during lunch with one to two YOR Digest Ultra capsules and two YOR Essential Vitamins at the end.
