In this specific challenge I put on more lean mass and achieved some results in delts, traps, biceps, etc… based on low rep strength training.
What decreased on this occasion was cardio, an extra reason for the weight gain, as well as the diet with more calories, which reduced the abdomen.
However, the YOR Health products have helped me a lot throughout the process (as always!). YOR Probiotics Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins in the mornings... YOR Shake during lunch, sometimes with YOR Fiber Plus and YOR SuperGreens... before the main meal 1 capsule of YOR Digest Ultra and during the afternoon for training juice green with 1 scoop of YOR SuperGreens (religiously!)... Sometimes depending on how I feel I take 1 or 2 capsules of YOR Repair Ultra.
