Being continuously participating in the challenge has helped me a lot to stay in shape, and nourishing myself properly and thanks to the support of the supplements is easier.

Although it is difficult for me to gain muscle and eat, I am happy with the progressive changes I have had.

I do intermittent fasting for 16-18 hours, I break my fast with YOR SuperGreens and YOR Berry Blast, I also take the YOR Essential Vitamins, and almost immediately after I make a delicious shake with peanut butter. I feel satisfied so I don't need to eat anything else, I wait until lunchtime and go back to taking my vitamins.

For exercise, I do artistic gymnastics (beam, floor, vault and bars) 3 times a week, 5 days of strength and flexibility exercises.
