Yet another challenge.
This challenge was full of setbacks, but I still didn't give up. Walking away from home, working different hours and others do not help to make a routine for both food and exercise. Despite setbacks I kept using my YOR Health products to at least stick to my weight. I managed to lose a few pounds, but I think I'm going for another challenge because I know I can do more and with the help of my YOR Health products and a little more effort in exercise I know I can lose a little more. Thank you YOR Health for maintaining this challenge to motivate us to be healthy every day. Using the supplements despite eating out and not getting enough exercise helps with my digestive health and keeps me more energized.
