This challenge had its challenge!
An injury from months ago came back and I couldn't do the exercise I planned, even so the YOR Repair Ultra helped me a lot
Combined with intermittent fasting, in the morning I had my YOR Repair Ultra and later my YOR SuperGreens sometimes combined with the YOR Berry Blast.
Normal food and at dinner I would swap something solid or 3 scoops of YOR Shake with some fruit to make it more charged.

The exercise was moderate due to the injury.
Every 2 or 3 days floor exercise with my own weight, all at HOME!
The basics, squats, sit-ups and easy push-ups.

It never ceases to amaze me how powerful our supplements are!!
My energy improved, which helped me a lot to get out of the injury faster.
