Hello everyone

This cycle, although I did not manage to lose any more, I kept my normal weight and I feel that I began to have more energy than before. This is perhaps because I added the YOR AMP to my daily intake and this made the anxiety to eat less intense.

I started my day with two large glasses of water with a YOR Probiotics Ultra.

Later, he did an intense exercise routine of at least half an hour, now adding a YOR AMP capsule. At the end of my routine, I had a YOR SuperGreens for breakfast, a YOR Shake 15 minutes later and complemented it with a healthy but complete breakfast.
