My name is Luis Alejandro and I am 33 years old.
This challenge was to lose weight because because of the pandemic I gained weight, the clothes no longer fit me.
Enter the challenge to be in shape and have that body that I had before, but above all my health.
The goal is to lose weight and they are ready for the next challenge.
What I took was:
The YOR AMP 2 capsules.
In the morning 8am, at noon 12pm, in the afternoon 4:30pm.
My favorite is the YOR SuperGreens. In the morning at 9:00 am.
I went back to CrossFit, only 30min of exercise.
I am very happy as I see changes! The clothes fit me and I'm ready to continue the next challenge and get my shape back. :)
