I am super happy and satisfied for having managed to complete this challenge (the previous time I did not finish it).
I am 63 years old and retired, I joined the challenge because I became aware that I needed to improve my eating, hydration, sleep and exercise habits to improve my health, since I was gaining weight, I felt low on energy and often depressed.
