Hello, my name is Daniel Soni and I am happy to have finished my first challenge of 2022 and grateful as always to the YOR Health line because, although we moved from the country and we did not all have the healthy food that we were used to, the YOR AMP 3 times a day. Getting up at 12 noon and always before exercising, he was the best ally, he gave me energy so that despite having limited time, as soon as I felt energy I would do a 20-minute routine and the digestive enzymes helped me a lot. just to get used to the different food, but to absorb the nutrients despite not being what I used to.
