I am Karla García, and I just turned 44 years old. I entered the challenge to accompany my husband Leonel Flores, who has won several challenges and as a family we have seen his transformation. Sharing the exercise routine together, as well as the diet, is more motivating. Although I have always considered myself thin, now I want to look and feel strong.

The challenge is already part of my routine and the family routine. We get up early to exercise, we take care of our diet, and we also enjoy the YOR supplements.

When I started the challenge I got tired very quickly and then I didn't feel very energetic during the day. Today, I finish 45-minute routines, some of them very intense, and I can continue with my routine for the day, with energy and joy.
In addition to feeling happy and healthy, my image has been changing and I feel fitter every day.

All of YOR's health products are excellent, but my absolute favorite is the YOR Shake. Not only do I replace a food, but I feel satisfied and with a lot of energy.

My routine is more or less the following:

- When I get up I take the YOR Probiotics Ultra and if I feel sore from exercise I add a YOR Repair Ultra.
- I dedicate myself to exercise approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
- After exercise I take the YOR Shake, along with YOR Fiber Plus and of course with a couple of YOR Vitamins.
- Before eating I take the DIGEST and two more vitamins.
- I have made my lunches lighter
