Hello, my name is Servando de Jesús Quezada Morales. I'm 50 years old.
In this challenge I was only able to maintain my weight, because although at this time I am going through a personal problem, I am grateful for the products because with everything I am going through, the products have given me support in my way of supplementing myself and giving it the nutrients that I need to keep my body healthy.
The truth is that I didn't have the time to do my exercise routines as I should have, but there is always time to take the products since it is very practical, easy and very nutritious.
This is how I take them:
