Hi, I'm Juan Orbe.

I decided to do this weight loss challenge because certain clothes no longer fit me and I also felt a bit tired during the day and also to keep myself in good shape.

When I started the challenge I weighed 64kg, I was a size 32, I finished the challenge weighing 60.5kg and a size 30. I am happy because my previous clothes fit; during the day I am more active, I am not sleepy.

I did the challenge by applying DETOX360, I occasionally went to the gym (twice a week) and mainly did cardio and some leg exercises.

I started with a 12 hour fast. Processed foods I tried to avoid as much as possible.
When I woke up I had my YOR Probiotics Ultra. To break my fast, I had my YOR Shake with my YOR SuperGreens juice, very tasty and practical. In the middle of my food window I was consuming, protein, vegetable fats. I always had my YOR Digest Ultra to get the most out of the nutrients. It ended with the YOR Essential Vitamins.
