Hello community, I hope you are very well.
This was another cycle with an extra 'challenge', since I had to stop exercising almost in the last two weeks. I really thought it was going to harm me, but in the end I not only maintained some measures but also lowered my fat percentage.
I have no doubt that what helped me was the rhythm of training that I brought (5-6 times a week and even if it was going for a walk), doing intermittent fasting for at least 14 hours (with some days of not completing it) and the support with the entire YOR Health nutrition line (from YOR SuperGreens to open foods to YOR Repair Ultra before bed).
To summarize, I am happy with the result and for the new cycle I am going to pick up where I left off and get closer to my best version.
