I am super excited with the result obtained in the YOR Best Body Challenge. What I love is how easy it is to have extraordinary results in a healthy and simple way. My routine was very simple.
When I wake up in the morning, a glass of water and a YOR AMP capsule and two YOR Essential Vitamins tablets just before my exercise routine that is with videos at home.
Right after exercise, a YOR Repair Ultra capsule to prevent muscle soreness and aid in recovery.
Low-carb, high-protein breakfast with a YOR Digest capsule. A snack of nuts or fruit at noon and then a meal rich in protein and green vegetables with another YOR Digest capsule and two YOR Essential Vitamins tablets.
