Hello, many of you already know me, I am Ulises Sepúlveda and I want to tell you that perseverance, in combination with YOR Health products, is transforming my body.
In every challenge I face I see that transformation, and after so much experimenting with diets, I found a way to lose weight and when you achieve that, you say: "This is it". What you have to do is be constant and persevering, that is the way to reach your goals that you set for yourself from day 1.
There are days when, like everything else, I want to throw in the towel, but that's when you have to take a break, see all the good things that have happened and continue, because in the fight for your goals you can take a small break, but you must move on immediately because you are the only one who can do it, although there are people who encourage you and who are with you, the body in transformation is only yours.
And I will tell you what I did on this occasion, and what we can all do, so that no one makes excuses and continues with that weight loss that is not exaggerated but constant, because as you know, I was very overweight and losing excessive weight represented a risk to my health and it is something that no one wants to experience.
Early in the morning I walk half an hour at a faster pace every day without exhausting myself too much, achieving a minimum of 10 thousand steps. Finishing off, I hydrate with a YOR SuperGreens with a scoop of YOR Fiber Plus, 2 of YOR Essential Vitamins, 1 of YOR AMP and 1 of YOR Probiotics Ultra. I continue with the 12-hour intermittent fasting, which I break with 1 YOR Berry Blast with 1 YOR Repair Ultra and a very light breakfast. At noon I do an exercise routine at home with progressive weight, then I have a healthy meal. In the afternoon, if I get hungry, I have a handful of peanuts, almonds or walnuts and at night I have 1 YOR Chocolate Vanilla Shake, 1 YOR Digest Ultra, 2 YOR Essential Vitamins, and 1 YOR Repair Ultra.
This third challenge I managed to lose almost the same as the previous one, 4.7 Kg of weight in localized places that are not always the ones you would like but the scale does not lie, that is why I am very motivated to keep going and above all, I really enjoy the process and the products YOR Health.
