Overall I achieved my goal of staying the same weight while lowering my body fat percentage as I started at 21% and ended at 18% weighing exactly the same. In the process I managed to tone up and increase muscle mass by approximately 1.5 kg.
On the other hand, these last 10 days were not easy at all since I got sick and had to rest at home for at least 6 days and with a general drop in energy, however, I had the opportunity to train 3 more times this week to close my 8 weeks.
For this reason, I increased my intake of YOR Essential Vitamins and YOR SuperGreens. And during the 8 weeks as always I start the day with YOR Probiotics Ultra and YOR Shake + YOR Fiber Plus, as well as YOR Repair Ultra after the afternoon workouts. During the meal I also included YOR Digest Ultra.
In general, I felt very good, with energy and the ability to increase the intensity in the workouts, taking into account this rhythm, for the next challenge of 8 weeks.
