I am Zac, I am a mother of two children and I have always struggled with weight and fatigue. I love to eat and with YOR Health supplementation it is very simple. I love all the products, I take them in the following way: when I wake up I have a glass of water and I take the YOR Probiotics Ultra (6am), half an hour later the YOR AMP (6:30am), I exercise (7am) , I start work and I have a glass of warm water with lemon oil (9am), I have a glass of fresh water with a scoop of YOR SuperGreens, one of YOR Fiber Plus and a YOR Berry Blast (12pm) and a capsule of YOR AMP. Then I have the vanilla YOR Shake with some fruit (2pm), I eat as usual (4pm) and I have a YOR Digest Ultra capsule.
