Hi, I'm Jesús Lozano Ruy Sánchez, I'm 59 years old. I signed up for the YOR Best Body challenge to lose weight and have a healthy life. During the last years I gained many extra kilos due to bad eating habits but with the support of my family I decided to sign up for the challenge to have a healthy life.
To achieve this, I changed my diet of snacks and fast food for the supplements in the YOR Best Body pack.
For the past eight weeks I have been taking the following supplements:

Every day when I woke up, I took a capsule of Yor AMP. Then I started exercising together with my family, walking at least 5 km a day followed by half an hour of exercise and when I finished I took YOR SuperGeens with YOR Fiber Plus, after which I had a YOR Berry Blast and finally a YOR Digest Ultra capsule. with a vanilla or chocolate milkshake YOR Shake.
We made some YOR Shake chocolate protein snacks and some frozen popsicles with YOR SuperGreens to eat between meals if necessary.
Before the 8-week challenge, my body was malnourished and unbalanced. Today I feel happy, proud, blessed and very excited about the results of this first step in the YOR Best Body challenge and I'm going for more until I reach my ideal weight and later for the Sculpt challenge.
