Hello everyone. I am Alelí Arredondo, yoga and pilates instructor and contemporary dancer. Since 2017 my body has undergone several changes, I had to stop training as I did before, and this affected not only my physical condition, but also my mood. From this I have noticed that it is difficult for me to increase muscle mass, I lost strength and there are days when my joints wake up more rigid and sore. I decided to join YOR Best Body because it seems like a very complete platform, because one day at a time you can achieve small but significant changes.
On an empty stomach I took 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra, 2 capsules of YOR Essential Vitamins, and a serving of YOR SuperGreens with a half serving of YOR Fiber Plus.
Before lunch, 1 capsule of YOR Digest Ultra, and with dinner, a scoop of YOR Shake. I felt a difference in my digestion, felt energized and had a better night's rest. For exercise I worked 3 days Pilates (1 hour focused on me, in addition to the classes I teach), and 2 days of stretching and Yoga.
