My name is Carmen, I have a 22-year-old son. I did many diets, even with the supervision of my nutritionist, without great results. I tried to lose weight in every possible way without achieving any results. On the contrary, it kept going up. A friend introduced me to YOR Health, and I decided to enter YOR Best Body to see if this was the right vehicle to achieve my goal and improve physically and emotionally.
The truth is I thought it was going to cost me a lot of work, and I didn't expect much progress due to previous experiences. However, it was easier than I thought. I started to feel great and with more energy. And my motivation increased as I began to feel that my clothes were getting too big for me.
I know that I still have many kilos to lose, however, now I know that YOR Health is the means that will allow me to reach my goal.
My regimen is as follows:
YOR Probiotics Ultra, YOR Repair Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins, half an hour later YOR AMP. I go for a walk at least 5 km a day, and I come back for breakfast with eggs or turkey breast with vegetables.
With food I take YOR Essential Vitamins. At mid-afternoon, a snack, YOR AMP and YOR Shake and YOR Fiber Plus for dinner.
I am very happy for having decided to participate in the challenges because I feel much better physically and emotionally and this makes me know that I can achieve anything I set out to continue until the 100lb challenge.
