Hello, I'm Liz, I'm 41 years old and when I was young, I always exercised, but as soon as I got married and had children, I stopped doing it. I hadn't exercised in over 15 years until I found out about YOR Health, and I was excited to be able to change my physical health as they had this 8-week challenge program.
It was something that I liked very much since my body began to change as well as my habits. Today I finish this challenge very happy and satisfied with the results.
My daily routine starts as soon as I wake up. I take YOR AMP, which allows me to have a lot of energy during exercise. I do every day at least 30 minutes.
Afterwards, I have a YOR Shake and a light breakfast. Between meals I have YOR SuperGreens to alkalize my body. In the afternoon, I have YOR Digest Ultra and my normal balanced meal.
At night, I have my YOR Essential Vitamins and at night a light dinner, sometimes I repeat the YOR Shake, and before going to bed I have YOR Repair Ultra.
This whole regimen was super easy for me to apply, since it doesn't involve as much intake and my energy during the day is incredible.
