Hello family, I am satisfied with the results although I still need to mark a little more. I increased muscle mass and decreased body fat. I make a daily routine of 15 to 30 minutes of walking and a little strength.
I take the entire nutritional line: on an empty stomach, one probiotic capsule, after exercise YOR Fiber Plus, YOR SuperGreens and YOR Berry Blast, one or two YOR Digest Ultra capsules with lunch and I accompany my snack with YOR Essential Vitamins. Before I go to sleep, I have more YOR Digest Ultra. Thanks to all this I keep myself very well and I can exercise.
