In this challenge it was difficult to maintain the rhythm of the exercise and proper nutrition, but the supplements were of great help.
Just one day before writing these lines I got married, so these last few weeks I have divided my time between commitments, my business and eating.
The supplements were a great help because with so much food I am surprised that those extra pounds have not gone to the little fish market.
