Thank you again YOR Best Body at Home for giving us the opportunity to improve our habits and recover our self-esteem at the same time.
Before learning about this program, I was frustrated because I couldn't find a way to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. I felt like I was making a lot of effort and not getting results. I couldn't lose fat especially in arms and abdomen.
I used the following supplements for this cycle:
YOR Shake for breakfast or dinner.
YOR Berry Blast with salt and apple cider vinegar as a pre-trainer.
YOR Digest Ultra for my heavy meals.
YOR Repair Ultra to repair my muscles and reduce inflammation from training.

I trained Strength at the gym 5 to 6 times a week, training two muscle groups per day:
Biceps and triceps
Shoulder and back
Quadriceps and femoral
Glutes and abductors
I do not do cardio exercises since I focus on increasing my muscle mass and consequently losing body fat.
I only ate two meals a day between 12pm and 7pm and consumed 70g of effective protein daily, split evenly between my two meals. The YOR Shake is a wonder to consume protein in a practical way. I eat clean carbohydrates (potatoes, tortillas, lentils, fruit, only one serving a day)
I slept at least 7 hours and drank a daily green juice of celery, spinach, nopal and cucumber with lemon and salt.
