Hi, I'm Esmeralda León, I haven't quit the challenge for almost 2 years. I am very happy with the result, without a doubt seeing the photo of the before and after several challenges is what motivates me to continue and see my transformation, not only in the physical part, but in self-esteem and more for the health issue, the create good habits.
I love all the supplements because with the help of intermittent fasting and exercise they can be achieved by anyone. A personal goal is to invite my friends and support them from the supplements that facilitate it. In the last 8 months, after losing more than 20kg, it was very difficult for me to lose my last 10kg, but in this challenge I applied myself more and managed to be at my ideal weight, and not only that, I lost 2 more kg. MORNING
