A new opportunity, this time I tried to thread one challenge after another in an intense way.
My emphasis has been 4 things specifically:
1) Strength Training
2) Intermittent fasting
3) YOR at the correct time!
4) Sleep efficiently
In my training I greatly improved my intensity combined with the load to beat previous marks, at least 3 strength exercises (CrossFit type) + 2 extra cardio sessions (running and basketball), minimum per week. And I could notice it both in my physical condition and in muscle mass, especially in my arms, pectorals, deltoids and trapezius. Likewise, my fat percentage continued to drop a little more compared to the previous 2 months.
2) For intermittent fasting, I start eating my meals as late as after 12:00 pm with an 8–9-hour window for eating. Here I focused a lot on vegetables as 70% of my diet: in green juices, steamed, vegetable soup and salad. I reduced the consumption of tortillas and increased the intake of both animal and vegetable protein (many legumes for example).
3) Each product I took from YOR was at key times, for example very early in the morning only what is with a glass of water: 1 YOR Probiotics Ultra, 2 YOR Essential Vitamins, 1 YOR Repair Ultra; during noon my mix of YOR Shake with YOR Fiber Plus and/or YOR SuperGreens. For mealtime 1 YOR Digest Ultra. In the afternoon another 2 YOR Essential Vitamins and after training sometimes another YOR Repair Ultra. This time I didn't take the burner (YOR AMP) because I want to add it for a next challenge and compare the changes.
4) I have had to sleep more in these 8 weeks, in such a way that my last lapse of sleep in the morning is what I have called it, a very deep "restorative sleep" of maybe 20-40 minutes but very effective and I think it has been key to increase muscle mass and stay healthy on a general level.
Now my intention is to immediately continue another challenge hoping to continue with the good results.
