I am Iris Gómez; I am a certified personal trainer in nutrition. At the age of 43, when I was in my best physical condition, for work reasons I had to move out of the country, and although I was very happy meeting new people and advancing in other aspects of my life, my health was neglected for almost a year. I stopped doing any type of exercise because the height of the city made me very tired and I started eating out, contrary to the time of the pandemic that I had dedicated myself to cooking healthy and respecting my macronutrients. I went on a trip to Cartagena, and I didn’t fit in my swimsuits, so I decided to join the challenge again. I asked a friend to bring me all my supplements and I started eating enough protein again by drinking two YOR Shakes a day. It was really a relief to know that not only did it give my body the necessary nutrients, but it also saved me a lot of money and I felt more energetic, taking them made me want to exercise again. I gathered a group of friends to exercise in the mornings and I would take YOR AMP before working out, and two more during the day to maintain energy.
