Hello YOR Health family. I am happy to have YOR Best Body because it has pushed me to have a healthier lifestyle. In this challenge I continued toning my muscles and eliminating fat. I am very happy because I lost two kilos and thanks to the supplementation that we have, it is very easy to maintain my achievements. Every day when I woke up I took 1 capsule of YOR Probiotics Ultra and one of YOR Repair Ultra. At 12 noon I would break my fast with YOR SuperGreens and half an hour later I would have a vanilla or chocolate YOR Shake. Before each large meal I had 1 YOR Digest and at the end two YOR Essential Vitamins. Before bed 1 YOR Repair Ultra.
