My initial weight was 107.4 kilos, and my final weight was 100.4. I started the day with my YOR Probiotics Ultra, YOR Essential Vitamins and my YOR AMP, this before going to the gym, I consumed my YOR Shake after my training accompanied by YOR SuperGreens and YOR Fiber Plus. I take YOR Digest Ultra with my main meal and at night I consumed YOR Probiotics Ultra, YOR Repair Ultra and YOR Essential Vitamins again. I used my YOR Health products all week. I went to the gym Monday through Friday, did a half-hour warm-up on the treadmill, followed by an hour on the machines, and finished with an hour of cardio on the elliptical.
Despite not having reached my weight goal, I exceeded my size goal, that has been very satisfying for me. This challenge has given me back part of my health, I no longer have pain in my knees, I can put on my socks and hold my tennis shoes without problem. I reduced my fat percentage from 56.8% to 49% and that's great.
