Hello, my name is Daniel Capetillo, I am 43 years old, and I live in Mexico City.
I am still very happy to continue with my transformation, because, although my goal was to reach 80 kgs (and I only lost 4), they were very good because it was the combination between losing fat and gaining muscle.
Now I'm doing CrossFit 4 or 5 times a week.
