Hello everyone. My name is Rossana Alpizar, I am 48 years old, and I live in Mérida, Yucatan. I use practically all the YOR Health products during the day, but my favorites are the YOR Repair Ultra, YOR SuperGreens, YOR AMP and the Vanilla YOR Shake. Breakfast two scoops of vanilla YOR Shake with one scoop of YOR SuperGreens, and two scoops of YOR Fiber Plus, 2 capsules of YOR Repair Ultra and 1 capsule of YOR AMP, YOR Digest Ultra, and YOR Probiotics Ultra, a Greek Yogurt, coffee, and some fruit.
At lunchtime I try to eat small portions, when I train, which is three times a week, I take another two measures of YOR shake.
At night I have another scoop of YOR SuperGreens with some carbs, crackers, toast, and I have another two YOR Repair Ultra capsules. I am super happy with the results; I hope that more and more people are encouraged to change their habits and pamper the body. Thank you very much.
