I am so grateful to be a part of the larger health, fitness, and financial movement; since I never imagined that supplementing me would lead me to regulate my weight; since I had not been able to lose weight and tone up. However, it was enough for me to decide to sign up for the YOR BEST BODY challenge together with the MDT LIFE team and stick to a healthy lifestyle to see changes that I did not really expect, losing 5.5 kilos of fat.
In the second week I noticed immediate changes in my clothing size, this makes me happy and determined not to stop having a healthy life inside and out.
It was very simple for me to stick to the supplementation, using YOR Repair Ultra, YOR Probiotics Ultra in the morning, YOR SuperGreens and YOR AMP capsules at mid-morning, at lunch and breakfast I include YOR Digest Ultra, and at dinner my YOR Shake with YOR Fiber Plus.
