Hello, my name is Sara Elizabeth, I am a doctor and I decided to enter the YOR Best Body challenge because I have many hereditary factors of obesity and chronic diseases. One measure for me to eliminate these factors is to be thin and maintain my current weight, in addition to being able to be an example for my children.
I used these products: YOR Digest Ultra at every meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), YOR Repair Ultra after training, YOR Shake at breakfast, YOR Probiotics Ultra before bed, YOR SuperGreens during the day, YOR AMP in the morning before exercising and after. All these supplements are the ones I use daily, I walk 10,000 steps a day for exercise and 3 times a week I walk for an hour. I returned to volleyball, a sport that I have loved all my life.
This is my fourth challenge; I have lost a total of 10 kilos. I felt much better, with more energy, I feel more active.
The greatest of my achievements in this challenge is that I was able to be with my son in an athletics championship, participate with him and win second place in the mothers' race, a situation that I had never achieved in my life with the extra kilos I had, feeling very heavy and never running. After these four challenges I was able to run, feel light and win second place, being an example for my children of the perseverance and discipline that we must have.
