Week 1
Week 8

Two years ago, in June, I got sick with covid. I spent a week in the hospital, and when I was released, I began to have terrible anxiety and found it impossible to sleep. I struggled with this until February 2021 when I had enough. I went to the ER and was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. I realized that even though my exercise days may be over, I still wanted to be healthy. I kept taking my YOR Repair Ultra morning and night and YOR Digest Ultra every meal. Every morning I had my YOR Essential Vitamins and most mornings I had a YOR Shake because I wanted something light to start the day. Fast forward to September 2022, I went to my cardiologist who informed me that my heart is back to normal size and working perfectly. So, I wanted to once again start my fitness journey with an 8-week Challenge. A little over two years without training can really take its toll, as you can see in my before photos. I have been training hard almost every day since then. My son, Steve Jr. accompanies me to keep me on track. I take my YOR Repair Ultra after every workout to help me recover. I have to say that I am optimistic about my future now and I look forward to what comes next.

The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of January 2023, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 14.07 lb (6.38 kg), or 1.75 lb (0.79 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
