Yesterday I had my consultation to measure my weight, BMI, etc. and the results were favorable.
Although I had the idea of staying at the same 80 kg but with less % fat, I ended up at 79 kg but lost 2.5 kg of fat, and my percentage of total muscle in relation to my weight increased by 3% which is very good (this in the last 3 months). Basically, the weight that I lost was fat and the increase in muscle. Mission accomplished.
I still need to tone my abdomen more; it is what has cost me the most work, but I will continue working on it. In these 8 weeks I added the YOR AMP (Fat Burner) to my regimen and I felt very good with it, I'm sure that part of the result is due to this adjustment. It gives me a lot of energy to train and keeps me alert and in a good mood. Curiously, I take it around 4 to 5 pm since my training is in the afternoon/night, and I don't have a problem sleeping afterwards, so I'll continue taking it this way. Additionally, I increased and toned my biceps, deltoids, trapezius and chest. It is a slow process, but I think you can see the changes throughout this year.
In addition, I continue to take my YOR Essential Vitamins, YOR PRobiotics Ultra and YOR Repair Ultra in the mornings as usual (the latter depends on how I feel, sometimes I also take it after training); at mid-morning I have YOR Shake with YOR Fiber Plus, YOR SuperGreens in the afternoon to go to the gym, and YOR Digest Ultra for the main meal of the day.
Getting enough sleep and working on having my emotions stable have also been a great help, as has been implementing intermittent fasting. I start eating food around 12 pm and the last one at 9 pm. I need to be more constant in this discipline but I am just beginning to get to know it.
For the rest, I will continue in the next challenge hoping to continue improving and above all, making it a habit and lifestyle that is the key.
