I am happy with the results, especially because I did not have to go on a strict diet, I just avoided eating very fatty foods, drinking sodas and very sugary drinks.
I focus more on exercising; I did at least 40 minutes for 4 days a week.
During this challenge I took my YOR Health supplements as follows:
In the mornings before breakfast, I took a scoop of YOR SuperGreens in 500 ml of water, at each meal a YOR Digest Ultra tablet, at night I mostly just drank my two tablespoons of YOR Shake in 500 ml of water.
