My name is Marcela Uribe, I live in Mexico. I am 63 years old.
And I signed up for the challenge, with 2 PURPOSES:
-Lower % fat and tone my body. The exercise urged my body to tone up, I am an older person, and every day it is more difficult
And the second purpose: to start riding the bicycle again, it is the sport that I am passionate about, and that I stopped practicing 3 years ago, when I had a strong fall. 3 years in recovery, with which I achieved the almost impossible: walking again without pain and now starting to ride my bike.
