I am Miriam Luz Yanac Reyes, I am 50 years old, and I am from Lima-Peru. I am in the YOR BEST BODY challenge, to improve and have stability in my health, because it is difficult for me to lose weight.
I take care of my diet and do my best to take YOR Health supplements as follows:
Upon awakening: 1 YOR Repair Ultra.
One hour later: in a large glass of water with YOR Berry Blast.
9AM: I break my fast with YOR Fiber Plus and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.
11AM: Two measures of YOR Shake.
Lunch 1PM: 1 YOR Digest Ultra 5 minutes before lunch, a balanced meal and between the meal 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.
Dinner 8PM:1 YOR Digest Ultra 5 minutes before dinner,
balanced food.
When sleeping: 1 YOR Repair Ultra.
I drink abundant liquids, 2 liters minimum during the day.
When I started the challenge I weighed 70.80 kg, now I weigh 65 kg. I feel good about myself, with more energy and happy.
