Hello again everyone. I am very happy that YOR Best Body at Home exists in our lives. Thanks to it, I have understood that being in shape is a process that takes time, requires perseverance, patience, and understanding that, like any process, there are challenges, frustrating moments, as well as victories to celebrate.
I used to despair looking at myself every moment in the mirror, hoping for a change after intense hours in the gym or after a day of restrictive diet.
I now understand that consistency with healthy eating, strength training, restful sleep, and choosing good supplements really do make a difference.
For this cycle I used:

I eat twice a day and have breakfast until after 12 pm.
I strength trained in the gym 5 times a week and as a priority I tried to sleep 7 hours every night without using my cell phone or TV before bed.
We shouldn't be asking why healthy food or supplements cost more, instead we should be asking why junk food is so cheap. Thanks again for the opportunity to share health.
