Hello community, Happy New Year.
I was afraid to take my measurements, the last parties were tremendous (the last thing missing was food). What helped me nourish myself and eliminate the excess was with YOR Probiotics Ultra, YOR SuperGreens, YOR Digest Ultra, YOR AMP, YOR Fiber Plus and the inevitable YOR Shake, in fact the entire line of nutrition.
I was also able to maintain the activity (functional exercise and with body weight x3 a week), except for some vacation days where I mainly did cardio.
