Hi, I'm Jesus Lozano Romo, I'm twenty-three years old. I am interested in the 8-week body challenge to lose weight and improve a healthy lifestyle. I am starting my professional career to be a dentist. I like music and musical theater where I did 5 semi-professional presentations. Since the last few years, I have gained a lot of kilos due to my bad eating habits, but with the support of my parents, I decided to participate in YOR Best Body to lose weight and have a healthier lifestyle.

I had some personal goals that I did.
My diet is based on YOR Health's best body pack. I have been using the following products for the past 8 weeks:

Every day after waking up, I take a YOR AMP capsule. Then I did my daily exercise and YOR Best Body at Home lesson with complementary boxing training. I did almost an hour a day of exercise and then I had YOR SuperGreens with YOR Fiber Plus, after the YOR Berry Blast, at the end YOR Digest Ultra with YOR Shake.
We made some protein snacks with YOR Shake Chocolate and YOR SuperGreens Iced Lollipop for between meals.
