Definitely this has been the most difficult challenge for all the December festivities.
I started very well; I had a triathlon competition at the end of November so I was training a lot and taking all my supplements in a very disciplined way.
Once the posadas and vacations started, I wasn't very consistent in training, but I think without my supplements I would have put on the weight, and was able to maintain it instead.
