Hello, I am Esmeralda León, I am very happy and content to continue in each challenge for the transformation that I have had during these 2 and a half years, after losing more than 32kg, now I am going for a toned body, and that the supplements help me to improve day by day and meet my goals since I am about to go for 2 marathons.
In the morning:
-2 YOR AMP, 2 YOR Repair Ultra and 2 Essential Vitamins, this is how my morning starts at 5:30 am to go for 1hr of exercises
-He performed an intermittent fasting of 19 hours with which I open my fasting window with:
- the YOR SuperGreens, accompanied by YOR Fiber Plus, and then at 2:30pm I start my meal accompanied by 2 YOR Digest Ultra and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins.
Dinner:
In the afternoon I try to eat a yogurt shake with fruit and other days I have the YOR Shake with YOR Fiber Plus.
